The Samsung PL70 is a 12-megapixel compact gifted with a 5x stabilized zoom, which contrary to its younger brother the PL55 starts with a 28mm wide angle to give a 28-140mm. It offers a 3″ screen of 230 000 pixels and video in HD 720p quality.
